Who Are We?

Nestled in the heart of Victoria, English River Secondary School is a welcoming community of 592 students, 61 teachers, and 11 support staff. Established in 1977, our charming main building has grown with the addition of three classrooms and a resource room in 2017.

Our school serves the friendly neighbourhoods in Zone 4, including La Rosiere, Anse Etoile, and surrounding areas. In 2018, we even had the pleasure of welcoming students from Belonie Secondary School.

We’re proud of our renovated library, a collaborative effort in 2016 by the Ministry of Education, Vijay Construction, and SCAA. Sharing an entrance with La Rosière Crèche, we’ve worked hard to create a safe and positive learning environment, thanks to a retaining wall built in 2018 and 25 HD cameras that keep an eye on our lovely campus.
